A E van Vogt's The World of Null-A, although regarded as a sci-fi classic from the pre-Hugo award era, fails to follow through in its execution. It is the year and Earth has become a world of non-Aristotelianism, or :   /5 (Above Average) A. van Vogt’s The World of Null-A is a frustrating but worthwhile experience. This is in part because of the trite introduction inserted in my edition of the work by A.

Van Vogt defending his work against the notorious (and career making) critique by the sci-fi writer Damon Knight. In the introduction van Vogt writes that he received very few. In"The World of Null-A" was the first pulp SF novel to achieve the dignity of book publication and, if the blurb on the back of this edition is to be believed, it hasn't been out of print since.

I gather that years later Van Vogt wrote a third Null-A book, one I have never run s: The World of Null-A, The Players of Null-A (Null-A #2), Null-A Three, Null-A Continuum (Null-A), Nul-A, and Le Cycle du ĀSeries Works: Null-A Three, The Pawns of Null-A, The World of Null-A.
